RDA warns drivers on expressways to drive safe

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Road Development Authority has requested drivers using the expressway to travel cautiously due to the prevailing weather conditions. Director of Expressway Operations Maintenance and Management Division of the RDA, S. Opanayaka said that areas in which expressways are located are currently experiencing heavy rain. Drivers are strongly advised to control their speed limits.
