Indictments handed over to Ali Roshan and 06 others

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Indictments were handed over to Niraj Roshan alias Ali Roshan and six others at the Permanent High Court Trial at Bar today (October 26). The Attorney General had filed a case against them under 24 separate indictments including the illegal possession of four elephants. Each defendant was released on two sureties of Rs. 2.5 Million each. The Permanent High Court Trial at Bar ordered the defendants to appear before the Criminal Investigations Department on the final Sunday of every month and they were barred from overseas travel. The case will be taken up again on the 08th of November.
