DIG Nalaka De Silva called to the CID for the 4th time

Colombo (News1st): DIG Nalaka De Silva, who has been interdicted, has been called for questioning by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) for the fourth day today (October 23). The DIG who appeared before the CID at 9.30 AM yesterday (October 22) left the premises, after an 11-hour interrogation at 8.30 PM. The interrogation is being conducted as part of a probe into an alleged assassination plot of the President and former defense Secretary and it was revealed by Namal Kumara of the anti-corruption force.
