Fire at a leading apparel store in Battaramulla

Update:  1.42 PM :  The Sri Lanka Air Force dispatched a SLAF Bell 212 helicopter to douse the massive fire that broke out at a leading apparel store in Pelawatte, Battaramulla. A total of 10 Fire Engines were used to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading, Sri Lanka Air Force dispatched 02 Units while 08 Units were dispatched by the Municipal Councils of Colombo and Dehiwala - Mount Lavinia and the Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte Urban Council. The cause for the fire is yet to be ascertained.   Colombo (News1st): A massive fire has broken out at a leading apparel store in Pelawatte, Battaramulla. The Fire Brigade said three units from the Colombo and Kotte were dispatched to douse the fire. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
