Man found unconscious in a guesthouse, with gunshot wound

Colombo (News 1st) - An individual who had sustained gunshot wounds was found unconscious at a guesthouse in Pilana, Habaraduwa. The Police state that the victim is a 27-year-old male, a resident of Tenkallagaoda, Galle. Security officers of the guesthouse admitted the youth to the Karapitiya hospital after finding him unconscious at the guesthouse around 10 PM last night. Police further state that a motorcycle and a mobile phone was found in close proximity to where the youth lay unconscious. The victim is yet to regain consciousness. Police officers further elaborate that investigations have begun to find more information regarding this shooting.
