15,000 registered with the highway electronic fee payment system

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Over 15,000 people have registered with the Electronic fee payment system or ETC to be used at expressways in the country. Director of expressway Maintenance & Management Unit, S. Opanayake said a discount of 10% will be given for new registrations for the ETC service. It is currently only available at the Katunayake Expressway and will be introduced to other expressways in the near future.
