COLOMBO (News 1st) - The old Eluwankulama Road along the Puttalam - Mannar main road has been temporarily closed as a result of heavy rains.
Meanwhile, the Welipenna Interchange on the Southern Expressway was also temporarily closed as a result of heavy showers inundating the access road to the interchange.
