Cabinet approves projects presented by Netherlands and Belgium

Colombo (News1st): The cabinet has approved two proposals for a project presented by the Netherlands and Belgium governments to construct 4000 bridges at the rural level. The cabinet paper for this project was presented by Minister of Provincial Councils, Local Government and Sports Faiszer Mustapha. The permission was given to the Belgium company Janson Bridging and 17 million euros has been allocated to build 60 bridges at the rural level. Permission was granted to build 200 more bridges to a Netherland company called, Janson Bridging International. 50 million euros are allocated to that.
