Timetable for private buses

Colombo (News 1st) - Road Passenger Transport Authority of the Western Province says a systematic timetable will be introduced for private buses in the Western province with effect from 01 October. According to its Chairman Thusitha Kulathunga, the current timetable had not been properly implemented in several routes. A survey is currently underway regarding lengthening the time period during which private buses are being operated at night. The Chairman further noted that the public is welcome to express their views and make suggestions in this regard.
