Human Elephant conflict claims the life of father of two

Colombo (News1st): An person was killed in an elephant attack in the Ihala Ella, Dimbulagala this morning. The victim was a 48-year-old resident of Ihala Ella and a father of two. the News1st area correspondent said the attack took place close to the deceased's house. The remains were placed in the Aralaganwila Pradeshiya Sabha and will be sent to the Polonnaruwa General Hospital for the post-mortem examination. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
