AG instructs IGP to file a case against MP Vijayakala

Colombo (News1st): The Attorney General has instructed the IGP to file a case against MP Vijayakala Maheswaran under section 120 in the Penal Code. Attorney General Jayantha Jayasuriya speaking to News1st said indictments will be filed against the MP at the Court of Appeal. These steps have been taken by the Attorney General as a result of a statement the parliamentarian made regarding the LTTE.
