Prashan De Visser named the Queens Point of Light for Sri Lanka

Colombo (News1st) - Prashan De Visser was named the Queens Point of Light for Sri Lanka at an event held on Monday (Aug 13th). Volunteers from across the Commonwealth that have made an outstanding contribution or change to their community are being recognized by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as a Point of Light. Prashan De Visser is the President and Founder of Global Unites, a diverse, multi-cultural, non-partisan global movement led by young professionals who are strongly committed to long-term transformation of conflict and sustainable peace De Visser was the second Sri Lankan to be offered this prestigious award.
