Title deeds to be issued under Apartment Ownership Special Provisions Bill

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Apartment Ownership Special Provisions Bill, produced by Minister of Housing and Construction Sajith Premadasa and three other orders were passed in Parliament today without any amendments. The Min. stated that under the Apartment Ownership Special Provisions bill a program, providing title deeds to 7477 families will be implemented very soon. He noted that he hopes to produce three separate orders in the construction sector in order to strengthen the sector and to ensure there is an efficient growth.
