COLOMBO (News 1st) – The chairpersons of the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) and the Public Utilities Commission (PUCSL) has been summoned before COPE for a discussion set to take place on the 7th of August.

President of COPE, MP Sunil Handunetti stated that they are being summoned to discuss steps followed in purchasing power from private power plants and in setting the price for each unit of electricity.
