Reuters - French soccer fans that were gathered in front of Paris' city hall on Tuesday (July 10) screamed and leaped for joy as their team beat Belgium 1-0 to earn a place in the World Cup final. A 51st-minute goal by Samuel Umtiti means Les Bleus will now face England or Croatia in the final at Moscow's Luzhniki Stadium on Sunday.
