Only 50MPs suitable to work in Parliament - Mano

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Mano Ganesan, Minister of National Integration, Reconciliation and Official Languages speaking at the Tamil Day Celebration at the Sri Sumangala Balika Vidyalaya in Pandura commented on the present political landscape.

He stated that of the 225 members in the Parliament, only around 50 members are suitable to remain in Parliament.

The Minister went on to state that many of the MPs who are unsuitable to hold office continue to function as MPs.
