COLOMBO (News 1st) - Austin Fernando has stepped down from his position as Secretary to the President.
This announcement was confirmed by the President's media division.
He had previously served as the Governor for the Eastern Province and also served as an Advisor to the President.
Secretary to the President, Mr Austin Fernando bid farewell to his office just a while ago.
