A rupture has been reported in a pipeline which carries crude oil to the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery. The National Petroleum Corporation says that the rupture is in the pipeline which carries oil from the oil vessel to the buoys. Officials have already been deployed to carry out the necessary repairs.

NPC has confirmed that the rupture or the repairs have not caused any disruptions to the fuel unloading activities. However, repairs are expected to be delayed if the seas get rough.
