184th annual feast mass of St. Anthony's church celebrated today

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The 184th annual feast mass of St. Anthony's church in Kochchikade, Colombo will be celebrated today (June 13). Catholic devotees across the island visit the church for the feast. Today (June 13) is the final day of the feast which began on June 3, and it is considered to be an important event on the Catholic calendar. The parade carrying the statue of St. Anthony will begin at 3 p.m. The procession will travel along St. Anthony's Road, Jinthupitiya Road, Appuhami Lane, Jampetta Lane, Aluth Hetti Lane and will end at the Kochchikade roundabout.
