Fire at the residence of MP Hirunika Premachandra's mother

Colombo (News1st) - A fire broke out at the residence of MP Hirunika Premachandra's mother. According to the CMC Fire Service Department, the fire erupted at around 4.20am at the house located down Keppetipola Road.   The fire was doused however the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. According to the Police media spokesperson the fire is believed to have erupted in a room on the second floor of the house. No one was injured in the fire and further investigations are being conducted by the Cinnamon Gardens Police.
