Updated map of Sri Lanka to be released today

Colombo (News1st) - The Survey Department says the updated map of Sri Lanka will be published today. Surveyor General, P.M.P. Udayakantha said there are 92 main divisions in the map of Sri Lanka adding that 70 divisions including Colombo have been updated thus far. Incidentally, this is the first time the map of Sri Lanka has been updated after 18 years. Surveyor General, Udayakantha further noted the remaining 22 divisions will be updated by the end of this year.
