Local politicians in Udunuwara put on a show for the general public

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The second session of the Udunuwara Pradeshiya Sabha was held on Tuesday (May 22). An argument broke out during the meeting when the Pradeshiya Sabha members of SLPP said they cannot accept the minutes of the previous meeting. The United National party holds the majority power at the Udunuwara PS. The first session of the Pradeshiya Sabha was also adjourned after an argument broke out between the members. The SLPP members protested when the minutes of the previous session was tabled in the Pradeshiya Sabha. Though the members of the PS acted in this manner during the sessions they did not forget to have a friendly cup of tea together afterward.
