Colombo (News1st) -  A group of fishermen in Chilaw refrained from going out to sea this morning in protest against the increase in fuel prices.  ` The fishermen point out that they have been severely affected by the increase in the price of kerosene by Rs. 57 and the price of Diesel by Rs. 9. Yesterday reports emerged of fishermen staging a protest in Matara in protest against the fuel price hike
