Dominant Royal College wins 1st leg of the 74th Bradby Shield

COLOMBO (News 1^st ) -Royal College, Colombo beat Trinity College, Kandy 39 points to 7 to win the 1^st leg of the 74^th Bradby Shield at the Royal Complex. The Royalists dominated the game from the outset to end the first half with 19 points to 0, with 3 tries and 2 conversions. Royal College added 20 more points to their score in the 2^nd half with three more tries, a conversion and a penalty while the the lads from Kandy managed to save some grace with a one try and it's subsequent conversion. The 2^nd leg of the 74^th Bradby Shield will be worked off on the 5^th of May in Pallekelle.
