COLOMBO (News 1st) – The second day of the march in support of the no-confidence motion commenced from Mawanella and ended at Galigamuwa today (March 1).
The march began yesterday (March 31), from Kandy and reached Mawanella, demonstrating the support for the proposed no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister. The Organization to Protect the United National Party and the United National Freedom Front has organized the march.
On 02nd April the activists will proceed from Nelumdeniya to Nittambuwa and on the following day, they are scheduled to march up to Kiribathgoda. On 4th April where the no-confidence motion takes place at the parliament, activists are scheduled to reach Colombo.
