COLOMBO (News1st) – Police have arrested an underworld gang leader known as ‘Barrel Sanka’.

He was arrested following a raid which was conducted by the STF.

According to police, the arrest has been made in Peliyagoda.

Hence, Barrel Sanka was handed over to the Wattala Police for further investigation.

Meantime, during a raid that was conducted recently by the STF, two underworld gang members were arrested. Police claimed that they are prominent members of gang leader Madush’s gang.
