State of emergency declared for ten days - Min. S. B. Dissanayake

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Minister S. B. Dissanayake says a decision has been reached to declare a state of emergency for a period of ten days. The minster made these comments following a special meeting this morning, which was chaired by the President at the Presidential Secretariet.
