COLOMBO (News1st) – The case filed by the Bribery Commission against Major Nissanka Senadhipathi and Major General Palitha Fernando, was postponed to February 14, by Colombo High Court Judge R. Gurusinghe.

A case was filed against Chairman of Avant Garde Maritime Service, Major Nissanka Senadhipathi and Major General Palitha Fernando, on several charges including providing and accepting a bribe of Rs. 35.5 million.

The High Court judge ordered that the case be taken up again on February 14, considering if all documents that have to be handed over by prosecution to the defence have been done accordingly.
