The report compiled by the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into Treasury Bond Issuance was presented to Parliament earlier today (January 17).
Later in the day, the report was made available to the public.
A group of officers including the legal officer of the Presidential Secretariat presented the report to the Gen. Secretary.
The copy was presented following a request made by Speaker of Parliament, said Austin Fernando – Secretary to the President.
Copies of the report compiled by the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into Large Scale Fraud and Corruption was also presented to Parliament today.
This report is on 34 incidents of corruption.
