Arjun Aloysius has been ordered not to tamper or alter data of his Apple device – which is currently in custody of the Presidential Commission to Inquire into the Bond Issuance.

The commission issued the order following reports of Aloysius attempting to log into his Apple account through the phone of his wife.

Meanwhile, the CEO of Perpetual Treasuries Limited, Kasun Palisena, has been ordered to hand over his mobile phone and laptop to the commission’s Secretary.

The commission has said that files created after January 27, 2017 must be deleted on attorney-client confidentiality, but in the presence of a representative at the commission office.

It was also stated that the list of files deleted must also be recorded.
