The Joint Opposition lodged a complaint against Minister of Development Strategies and International Trade Malik Samarawickrama for allegedly misusing over one billion rupees of the Mahapola Trust Fund.

The Joint Opposition convened a media briefing before filing a complaint against Minister Malik Samarawickrama.

During the media briefing, the Joint Opposition revealed that Samarawickrama occupies the number three (No.3)  slot on the “TOP 10 corrupt ministers list” of the current government.
