Speaking at a seminar titled Economic Cooperation: Sri Lanka at a Crossroads, experts in the economic sector emphasised the need for the country’s export market to advance in the field of technology.
Former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank W.A. Wijewardene, making the keynote speech, said:

He added that technology can be acquired only by economic cooperation, and that is why it is necessary that we should have a 360 degree approach to economic cooperation.
