News 1st captured footage of these vehicles that have lost their value over the sands of time. The official speaker’s house is now located in close proximity to the Parliamentary Complex in Sri Jayawardenapura,  Kotte.

These vehicles have been parked at the premises of Mumtaz Mahal, the former official residence of the Speaker, which is located down R.A.De Mel Mawatha in Colpetty.

It is a mystery as to who owns these vehicles ? Why are these vehicles simply parked here ? What purpose will these vehicles serve ? Who had left these vehicles here to rust ?

Although this sign notes that this area is property of the Ministry of National Heritage, there is no way to confirm that these vehicles actually belong to the said Ministry.
