The Colombo Municipal Council states that a programme is underway to combat Dengue in areas surrounding schools prior to the commencement of the third term.

CMC’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Ruwan Wijeyamuni noted that the program will commence on Thursday and will be held for three consecutive days. He further adds that there is a decline in the cases of dengue reported over the past few days.
