Police Headquarters state that they have commenced investigations into the disappearance of a lottery ticket vendor in Moneragala.

Police Media Spokesperson ASP Ruwan Gunasekara stated that the investigation commenced based on a complaint lodged to them by the wife of the lottery vendor.

He added that a suspect arrested in connection to the disappearance had been released on bail.
