A tense situation has arisen at the Ragama Railway station after a Rambukkana bound train remains stationery at the railway station.

Our correspondent said that passengers are carrying out a protest, while blocking the railway line.

The Railway Control Room said that the protest has resulted in a number of other trains being blocked.
