UEFA Champions League: Bayern Munich rip Arsenal apart

Arsenal now face a giant task to to qualify from Champions League Group F after suffering a heavy loss at the hands Bayern Munich.

Lewondowski opened the scoring for Bayern within ten minutes of the game and was followed by Muller. David Alaba’s strike put the hosts 3-0 up and was shortly followed by Robben. The Gunners’ striker Giroud managed to score one goal but the German side cemented their win with Muller hitting the net for a second time.

Holders Barcelona showed confidence as they sailed to a comfortable win over Bate Borisov at Nou Camp. It was Brazillian forward Neymar that gave Barcelona its first goal with a penalty and was followed by a Fellow striker Suarez whose cheeky shot found the net and Neymar managed to hit the net in the second half to give Luis Enriques boys the win.

Chelsea whose been under pressure with their poor performance in the Premier League managed grab a crucial late winner in their game against Dynamo Kiev at Stamford Bridge.

It was Dynamo Kiev’s Dragovic who opened the scoring for Chelsea with an own goal but made amends in the second half by taking advantage of keeper Asmir Begovic’s error from a corner to equalise with only 13 minutes left in the game.

Willian became the Stamford bridges hero when he found the net in the 83rd minute to give Mourinho’s boys a much needed win.
