The 4 x 4 Motor Expedition organised by the Sri Lanka Army Commando Regiment reached Alampil today.

The 4 x 4  Expedition commenced Monday’s leg of the journey from Point Pedro.

The expedition made its way across the 147-kilometre leg of the journey to Alampil, traversing the dunes of Manalkaadu, Magar Kovil, Vengarkerni, Championpattu, Chalai, Nanthikadal and Mullaitivu.

The expedition will travel 146 kilometres from Alampil to Dehiwattha on Tuesday.
