President Maithripala Sirisena who is on a two-day state visit to Pakistan is due to meet Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on today.
The President’s Media Division said that President Sirisena will engage in bilateral discussions with both President Mamnoon Hussain and the prime minister.
President Maithripala Sirisena’s visit to Pakistan is his third state visit to an Asian country since the concluded presidential election. The PMD noted that the President undertook this visit on an invitation extended by Pakistan’s President, Mamnoon Hussain.
News 1st’s Rinaz Mohammed, who is in Islamabad, says six bilateral agreements will be inked during President Sirisena’s visit.
