Human remains have been found in the Nidipuram Reserve in Mankulam.

The Office of the Police Media Spokesperson said that the remains were found during an investigation which was launched following a tip off received.

Police added that the body is of a 70-year-old male, a resident of the Nidipuram area, which was identified by his son.

Investigations have revealed that the deceased went missing on the February 20.
