The Judicial Service Association has expressed dismay over the presence of the Chief Justice at Temple Trees when the results of the 2015 Presidential Election were being announced.

The Judicial Service Association pointed out, that on a matter as sensitive as an election, the Chief Justice must maintain the impartiality, pride and dignity of the Court.

The communique comes in the wake of extensive discussions held in line with the investigations being carried out regarding the alleged plotting of a conspiracy at Temple Trees on the night election results were released.
