The Elections Secretariat states that the accepting of postal vote applications for the Uva Provincial Council polls will commence July 18.

Deputy Elections Commissioner M.M. Muhammed stated that the deadline for accepting of postal vote applications is August 6.

He added that the deadline will not be extended.
