A man was filmed by pals jumping from a 100ft cliff with nothing more than a rope and a bucket on his head to protect him from certain death.
The jumper, called James Thomas-Hall, is a comedy stunt performer who goes under the name of James Kangaroo.
James is seen screaming “watch me fall down” before throwing himself down the 100ft cliff face at Kangaroo Point in Brisbane, Australia.
The elastic rope stops him hitting the ground by a matter of inches and miraculously he only suffered minor collisions with the jagged cliff face on the way down.
Despite watching their pal take his life into his own hands, the group of on-lookers can be heard laughing hysterically as he comes just inches from hitting his head on rocks at the bottom of the drop.
James, 33, said the video had been filmed ‘a few years ago’ and admitted it was one of the most ‘stupid’ things he’s ever done.
He said: “I knew it was ridiculous and stupid, but I had the confidence. I wouldn’t want to see anyone else try to attempt it.”
