A group of persons staged a demonstration on Sunday claiming that an injustice has been done to two of the final twelve contestants on Season 6 of the popular musical reality show, Sirasa Superstar
The protest was held opposite Stein Studios in Ratmalana on Sunday, at a time when the results of voting to select the final four from the five remaining contestants, have already been published.
Four of the final twelve contestants have now moved to the final stages of Sirasa Superstar Season 6.
The demonstrators claimed that an injustice has been done to two of the contestants who left the competition recently and asked that they be returned to the competition.
The organisers of Sirasa Superstar then held talks with the demonstrators.
