India beat West Indies by seven wickets in their super 10 Group Two match of the World Twenty20 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Sunday.
India won the toss the toss and elected to field.
The openers for the West Indians were Chris Gayle and Lendl Simmons. Gale scored a total of 34 runs and Simmons was able to s score just 27 runs for the West Indian side.
The West Indians were able to score a total of 129 runs in here allotted 20 overs loosing 7 wickets. Batting in reply India scored 130-3 in 19.4 overs.
Rohit Sharma scored 62 not out, and Virat Kohli scored 54 for the Indians. India is now on the top of the group B ranking , after securing victory in both matches.
