UPFA Southern Provincial Council candidate D.V.Upul who was arrested, has been released on police bail.

Candidate D.V. Upul was arrested on Tuesday following an incident where a group of supporters of the UPFA Southern Provincial Council candidate M.K. Kasun was allegedly attacked.
