JVP Propaganda Secretary, MP Vijitha Herath says that the government’s economic policy is facing a crisis situation.

The JVP’s Election Operation Office in Biyagama was declared open by the party’s Propaganda Secretary, MP Vijitha Herath on Saturday.

At the event, MP Vijitha Herath expressed the following views:

“This economy has been completely destroyed today. The people cannot live. Today the people are cutting down Agar-wood trees and are selling them to Pakistanis to make some money. Or they try to capture the crocodile gecko from their kitchen and give it to Pakistanis in little bags to make some money. The economic wonders of this government are so great that even baby crocodile geckos in the kitchen are not being left in peace.”
