Sri Lanka has scored 289 runs in their alloted fifty overs against Bangaladesh in the second ODI. Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat first in the second ODI of the three, one-day series that is currently being held Bangladesh.

Sangakara who scored 128 runs today recorded his 17 th ODI century while ambitious youngster Ashan Priyanjan scored 60 runs before losing his wicket to the Shakib Al Hasan.

Lankan skipper Mathews also did his contribution to the side scoring an unbeatable 56 runs. The match is currenly underway at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur. Sri Lanka won the first ODI played in Mirpur on Tuesday.
