The Petroleum Corporation says that 92 Octane petrol will be issued with effect from Wednesday.
Managing Director of the Petroleum Corporation, Susantha Silva says that 92 Octane petrol will be sold at the price of 90 Octane petrol.
Newsfirst contacted the Managing Director for more information on this issue.
“From Wednesday we will be issuing Octane 92 petrol in place of Octane 90 petrol to the public. As a result, vehicles will have more effective fuel. When using 92 Octane petrol, motorists can cover wider mileage. Because this fuel is effective it is also good for the engines of vehicles. As result there will be less environmental pollution. Our aim is to provide a service to the public therefore there will be no change in the price.”
