“Commando Salinda” further Remanded Till 16th

COLOMBO (News 1st): Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama today ordered that "Commando Salinda," an underworld operative currently being questioned under the custody of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), be remanded until the 16th.

This order was issued by officials of the CID who presented a further report to the court.

The suspect was produced in court via Zoom. 

"Commando Salinda" has been named as a suspect in the incident where underworld gang member "Ganemulle Sanjeewa" was shot dead while in a court house.
